Kyrgyz Mexican Cantina is the only authentic Mexican restaurant in Central Asia.  We process and grind our own Masa Harina to make tortilla and tortilla chips.  We make our own hot sauce from Arbol peppers imported from Mexico.  You’ll love our own mild salsa and enchilada sauces.  The Kyrgyz Mexican Cantina uses only fresh ingredients to re-create the ‘cantina’ experience  of the American barrio.

June News:

· We are opening a sandwich and coffee shop in the basement and hope to be open by mid-July!  It will feature inexpensive gourmet sandwiches (80-150soms) and wi-fi!

· Happy Hours are now EVERYDAY from 5-7. Just order your last drink by 7, not 7:05 for the cheap prices.

· We ordered a new grinder from Germany to keep up with the tortilla chips and hope to offer hard shell tacos soon. 

· We were proud to be sponsors of the Ed Miles Fundraiser at the Golf Club and Alpine Fund’s Fun Run and help them raise money for their great causes!
